Great Service

Budget Plumbing is contracted by American Home Shield and was contacted to fix a leaky toilet and kitchen faucet in my home. From the point I contacted them to arrange the appointment to the end of the job, Steve was excellent!! He arrived on time, knowledgeable about the service he performed, and very professional. I will recommend Steve and his company to family and friends, and I will certainly use him, or his company for any future services.

Check out our other reviews, we are a family owned and operated business who respects our customers and property with quality work since 1990. Can not believe someone would just make up stories to try to ruin our reputation like this.

Renter was expecting us to arrive for a flooded washer leaking downstairs into the foyer. Owner of property needs this done ASAP, for there is a closing on this house coming up. The renter had her dog in the bedroom with daughter, daughter let the dog out, who ran out the door as we were working in the ceiling. We are not responsible for owners or renters pets, we are there to do our job. Renter became very angry, cussing loudly, while plumber was on the phone with the property owner, due to the situation. Owner could hear this renter in background. Renter ask for us to leave her property immediately, as we did. Owner wants us back out there on Monday, which she will be there with us, due to this hostile tenant. Work has to be done ASAP. Erica Steele at 114 River view ave said that the plumber insulted her as a woman several times by saying we called women drama queens and men play the guitar that was never seen. No comments were made to this tenant. except the plumbing problem. Everything was okay until the daughter let the dog out of the bedroom, which ran outside. Erica, then ask us to leave the property because of the dog getting out. We were not allowed to clean our mess or fix the problem per property owner that was on the phone listening to Erica making threats and cussing loudly. Property owner will be there tomorrow morning with us to fix the plumbing problem. This job has to be done due to selling the house. (Edited March 04, 2013)

Sexist Plumbers!!

If I could rate this company less I would. Not only did they insult me as a woman multiple times, calling women drama queens, saying that men play the guitar (I play and have them in my home) , but also let my dog (who was secured) out to run around in my neighborhood. Instead of correcting the issue (by helping me look for my dog who was running around the neighborhood) they continued to tear apart the foyer without a drop cloth in sight. This company is budget for a reason!! Beware!!!
