This is concerning the living quality of the buget Inn, at 13201 Jefferson Davis Highway Chester, VA 23831, I was under the impression that all the rooms were set at $190.00 for a weekly rate, as was told to me when I inquired about it before, so I commit to getting the room, only to find out that that was the cost only to the more run down, or crappier rooms, and that the rooms with normal...

I have stayed here 3 times. Room is very comfortable, spacious and accessible. Staff is VERY FRIENDLY. By far it's the best value in Chester.

When I arrived there building alike older motel but not kindly Budget Inn! So, I entered room is very odors by older carpet around and also bathroom caused me disgust!

Horrible Customer Service! They do not speak English very well and will not EVER work with you if a problem should arise. The place was dirty, wallpaper coming off the walls, hair in the bathroom, walls dingy. Just to receive phone calls you have to pay 25 bucks and then have to pay another 40 cents each local call out.
