When my home was built BA installed carpet and VCT. The installer must have used a blue marker on the VCT and it bled through. Also yellow stains bled through the surface. I went to the store and was told it wasn't their problem to see the builder. The builder said BA was responsible for their workmanship. Nothing was done by either. I ended up having to replace at my expense.

This carpet dealer overcharges. The owner was uncooperative and unwilling to make things right. In my opinion, they should be avoided unless you just want to pay double for carpet and installation!
