Brumsey did our beach house closing. He noted a problem with the title (a covenant had not been met) but then did nothing to remedy the problem, telling us no one cares anyway. It could have cost us our home, no matter how slim the probability. In the middle of hashing out the solution and trying to inspire him to fix the problem since he's our attorney, Brumsey tells us we're not his client.
