Waited for the store to open which was late. Then listen to him train a new employee how to make coffee. Listen to the manager complain because his oven was broken and he had to go to another...

My recommendation, just don't go! I have been to this Bruegger's Bagels on several occasions. The service has always been poor. The employees seem to be devoid of the ability to smile. Unhappy employees have terrible attitudes in the service they offer. I'd fire them...

$20 for 2 cold brew coffees and 2 bagel sandwiches was kinda pricey for breakfast IMO. Tasty savory sandwiches and good coffee and staff were helpful too.
