This location has the worst service in Greensboro. If the wrong crew is there in the morning it takes 15 min. to get a bagel and cream cheese. The staff is more interested in what is going on...

I've always enjoyed the food and service here. It's usually quiet and fairly empty when I go which is nice and relaxing. They've never messed up an order of mine. I use to work at the Battleground location, but I prefer this one.

Worst customer service ever! Also, the baker dropped a tray of cinnamon sugar bagels,picked them up and put them in the basket for sell. Yuck!
