Great exterior and grounds maintenance. Respectable-looking with retro charm, decent parking situation, affordable and spacious. Great mix of ages, races, families/singles. The place might be ok for new residents. Wait until you move in. That is a totally different history. Poor maintenance. Have a lot of cockroaches, bed bugs. and other creatures. Recently they start to remove the carpets and living room the hardwood floors. But the staff they treat you nice the first day but after that is a different history.
Talk to the neighbors before you rent.

This townhouse is a great deal for the size and price. It's location is very close to a mall for shopping. It's in a neighborhood that's surrounded by other houses/condos and townhomes so it feels very residential. A beautiful walking path and creek run right along side of the complex. I got a job transfer to dc and was looking for over three months for a place and I am so happy I decided to move here. I hear horror stories at work from people who got transferred to my company as well and they were not as lucky to find a good place as I was. Love that its next to the park !!!
