This apartment complex is the worst i have ever lived in. Roach infestations seem to be a common "amenity" in all the apartments. Even after the maintenance claims to bomb the place, roaches are still high in numbers. The complex likes quick fixes. So expect to have a maintenance request every other week for the same issue. Its quiet over here, and it seem like a nice neighborhood, but it is a small place and its full of roaches. We had to take the door off the henges just to get my bed upstairs. It will have to be liveable until next year. It takes a while for them to come out and fix it.

In the multiple years I have lived here, the rental staff has been terrible with communication, unless it was to cover their own behinds/charge me more money. Now, when the rent was low, I could put up with it for the price, but as they have steadily raised prices so has my expectation of my interaction with the management staff. Unless you love roaches and cold water, don't move here. The mass of roaches have been my unwanted pets since day one. The exterminator tried but mgmt won't allow him to exterminate the whole building, only my unit, so no help there. You have to boil water for dishes if you want to take a shower the same day. And even then, you only get about 4-5 min, if that, of hot water at a time. And it usually takes 6-8 hours to get another 4-5 min of hot water. Not enough time to wash your hair and body, so I usually skip the shower and boil water for a bath (the hot water runs out before the tub is...
