Sign on the door and the answering machine both say that the office is open until 5pm. Today, I called at 4:40pm, and the phone said that the office was closed and to call back between 9am and 5pm. The problem is, it was before 5pm. The phone system transferred me to administrative services, and that lady said that they people leave the office at 4:30pm. This is ridiculous! . I'll will never go back!!! Their billing system is terrible! They waited a 10 months before billing my insurance Co. In the 10 months I had changed jobs/insurance and deployed to Afg. Now it is on my credit report which was perfect/great for 25 years.

I'm giving this place two stars because it's very close to where I live, and the doctors are very competent and courteous. So then, why only the two stars? Because you have to wait an extremely long time to see the doctors. They don't seem to value your time. If I have an appointment for 3 o'clock, then I expect to be seen at 3 o'clock or very shortly thereafter. Instead, on multiple...
