We had maybe the worst experience of our lives with this company (and still are having). On the day of our trip, the assigned driver was not there, so they provided a driver that could not drive the whole trip. The bus was malfunctioning upon arrival of our pickup, and did not make it out of the state. After missing a portion of our trip and getting stranded for 12 hours with a bus of teenagers, the company finally hired an outside company to complete the trip; and when asking for a refund, this company has been unwilling to negotiate a refund. Next step: legal action. DO NOT use this company!
this is the worst bus company the driver was great but the bus the air shocks was gone and it was rainy and the windshield wipers did not work was terrible would not use again would recommend to anyone I pray the person that booked the trip get part of her money back one of the tours we did not get to go on because of the problem we the bus we had to cut our trip short and they had to charter...
