Very negative experience . After paying to have my transmission rebuilt it failed within 48 hours . Owner Lloyd Henley and manager Ollie Bertrand tried to get out of warranty by pushing blame on me . Beware they will rip you off and threaten you if you try to get your money back

This post is an update to my previous (very negative) review. I must start of by giving credit where it is due. Did the transmission fail? Yes but every time they made every effort to rectify the problem and repaired it as it was still under warranty. I am the owner of this company. I have reviewed several of these comments and looked into the situations. One client has gotten a full refund. DEVGRO...ONE CLIENT took the unit apart and couldn't get the shaft installed himself...one guy put a 100 deposit and called months later for refund after unit sat on shelf waiting. I urge any of you guys to please proceed with all your supporting...

DO NOT PURCHASE A TRANSMISSION FROM THESE GUYS without a better guarantee. My transmission lasted TWO days and left me on the interstate. I called and them said take it out and pay $150 for them to fix it. It cost $450 to install plus $76 in fluid. That's what it would cost each time you have to install one of their "rebuilt" transmissions. Nice guys, but guarantee is terrible with no labor and...

I have been robbed in nov by loyd Hensley he operates out of 2820 w. broadstreet Richmond VA .23230 .he sold me a defective transmission and I returned my warranty sighned by certified mail and he refused it , he operates a store on ebay called 700r4 builders as a front but he sercumvents

pay pal so you have to pay outside of pay pal and e bay wont cover you if not done thru pay pal . I did...
