Horrible job on me. Diagnosed me with a thyroglossal duct cyst. Cut on my neck was huge and uneven. He didnt get the entire cyst out and continued to swell. Dr Pena misdiagnosed me. He was a third opinion, and being an ENT (specialist) he should have known better, and diagnosed me with further testing. Because of his negligence I got sicker. Had he diagnosed me correctly I could have started treatment sooner so that I wouldn't be in the position I am currently in. I had purulent drainage from my ear. If there is a more caring highly qualified ethical Doctor in this
field I would like their name to be placed under Her name. She is professional, straight forward and skilled at the top levels of her practice. I have never seen the levels of courtesy and skill her whole team possesses. I would highly recommend them!

We have seen Dr. Pena for the last 3 years for tubes, skin allergies, and most recently my two & half year old daughter just have tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy. Dr. Pena exceeded our expectations! Worst doctor I have ever been to. He rushed through the appointment and acted like I was stupid everytime I asked a question. Looked in my ears for not even a 1/4 of a second and told me there was nothing he could do, that nothing was wrong.
