I would not even give this place 1 star if possible. The rudest, nastiest staff you ever could meet. House is filthy and disgusting. They feed residents crap. They let them roam the streets and smoke. Horrible.

This place is full of bed bugs and the director of this place Debra Sivack CASAC along with Senior Counselor Kelly Mattison are intimidating clients most of whom were homeless upon arrival with disciplinary action such as discharge from the program if they report getting bit to the state who provides funding.
