Called on Friday after the 4th, they of course were closed so left number for call back. Never got a call back so I called them 3:30 pm Monday afternoon. They said they had tried to call but I never got anything on my end so I attempted to set up an appointment for later in the week but was unable to do so because they require the brand and model number before they will look at it. My situation...
