For ever good point, there is a negative at this place.
Older building, some units are rumored to have updates, but if not, they are very retro albeit in good condition. Great price per square foot.
Neighborhood is safe enough. I have not felt uncomfortable at night or feared my safety. They say there is a "night & day security team" I have never seen anything of the sort other than Hopkins...

This has got to be the best complex that I've ever lived. Brentwood Park offers a 3-level 2 bedroom living space that accommodates my needs. I looked at various complexes for 3 months all over the Twin Cities before finding this gem. Not only is the rent super affordable for a mother of 2 small children but the area is safe and central. I am moving out of this place ASAP. THe office staff is nice, until you need something. They are snappy over the phone and god forbid you need something small done. Its always "come back tomorrow and so-and-so will be here, she can do that for you but we don't know how" Seriously, if you are going to have office staff, teach them how to do stuff! the staff dont do anything and they allow rapes stsbbing robbery and they dont respact their renters i lived there for 5 years and the guy who claimes to be neighbor hood watch guy its a con artist and a drug user do not move there
