I have never had such awful service. I was trying to support the local businesses and called this company for a quote on business cards. I had to call to find out they were ready. No one called or emailed me. When I picked them up, I was given a price that was twice as much as I was quoted. I actually had to tell the owner that it was unacceptable to quote a price and then let a customer order...
