Terrible. No feedback and no expression whatsoever. He made me feel like I was bothering him. He is rude. When I asked for a response to my condition, he said, "I already told you I will file a report with your doctor." Period, end of appointment! I would never recommend him. Even the office staff was curt and the building is being remodeled, so it was dirty.
Dr. Lanoue is an excellent neurologist. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very patient when I could not understand some of the questions he asked. I know that I am in good hands and my Trigeminal Neuralgia will be handled with care.
