Customer service is outstanding at Bounce U. I paid an initial visit and met with the Owner. She showed me the space and I booked my son's first legitimate BD party with her. The only draw back I can see at Bounce U and what would prevent me from giving it 5 stars is the size. The party rooms are very small. It was difficult to maneuver the area with all the kids and parents in the room. The kids had a blast and I'm leaning towards booking Bounce U again. I asked my son if he wanted a BD party at Tumblebees or Bounce U again. He looked at me as if it was a no brainer and said,...

My kids have been here twice. Each time they had a blast running and jumping from bounce house to bounce house. They have a good assortment of items. \r

The only thing I don't like is the music is played a little too loudly!
