I brought my Min Pin to Dr. Pozniak after she fell out of the truck in a parking lot. She couldn't even walk on her back leg. My regular vet checked for a break, which fortunately it was not, and prescribed pain meds for her. She showed no improvement so I wasn't about to keep her on meds. I have never been treated in such an un-professional manner in my life by a place that I have spent over $10,000 in the last two years. The veterinarian on staff at this hospital does not treat private and personal matters, private. What I experienced first hand was being told many private things in the waiting area with other patients and staff listening in. This was the first time any of the issues were brought to my attention and the way she handled it was extremely rude and un-professional. Not to mention they butchered my little boy doing a simple neuter.

I used to come here yrs ago with my old dog when he was alive. One time he had an ear infection and this vet just started plucking at his ear hair while the poor dog was in pain. They charged me for the visit and ointment and sent me to PetSmart to get his ear hair plucked. PetSmart trimmed his ear hair short so he didn't have to be in pain.
