This review is confusing as while our company "did not respond" we also have "third rate design." I'm not sure how we could have designed something for a paying customer who we somehow ALSO didn't respond to. I also notice that this review fails to leave ANY information as to who you are. After three weeks without a call in regards to our business card order, we were approached by another designer and he was able to knock it out in a day. Poor customer service and third rate design.

The quality was good and they knocked the pricing out of the park. No issues. Plus they bundled all our stuff together so we got free stickers too. Will return for more flyers and posters next season.

Small staff so they don't always pick up the phone, which is annoying, but they're good with emails. The pricing is the best I've found and they have military discount. Plus, they're a little company so they'll do jobs some of the bigger ones turn down like rush stuff or just one shirt. They do signs for cars and wraps too, and they do embroidery. Ask about a package if you want to save some...
