Location is great. It was quiet and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful.\n\nThe building is a little worse for the wear, could use updating. The internet connection in the room was erratic--not accessible at peak times. That would be my strongest suggestion, to strengthen the signal of the internet in guest rooms.

Location.\n\nThe rugs were filthy, and needed to be steam cleaned; or just replaced. Common areas had duct tape on seams of carpet. Bathtub and shower curtain were moldy. No ventilation fan in shower. No fresh air in room.

Location was very good. The hotel is close to downtown Boston.\n\nThe hotel is scheduled to be demolished this week. Obviously they haven't updated the hotel in years. Paint was peeling off the walls, carpet was old and frayed, TV set was an old CRT from the 80's. It was like going back in time, and not in a good way.
