I ordered Limo service from Bostowncar Limo for my bachelor party to take us to all those nice places in Boston we like. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they made our day out wonderful. The Limousine could not have been better - it was stunning. The driver was real pro and friendly pal. The customer service staff was so professional from the first phone call to book to being dropped...

Absolutely horrible experience! After getting stuck in Detroit and expecting to land very late in Boston, I arranged for Boston city ride to pick me up at Logan. The flight was delayed and then cancelled within the next 2 hours, and they still charged me because I didn't provide a cancellation within the 3hour window I would have had to cancel prior to making the reservation!

I chose Boston City Ride because their web page seemed professional and, indeed, they were. Booked for transportation from Logan Airport to Salem and back again, the drivers were prompt, professional, and friendly. The price was excellent for 3 people and included gratuity. Definitely a five star ***** rating! Will contact them again whenever possible. CR - Arkansas
