Scheduled an appt for my dad as a new patient. Dr. Domah neglected to phone in half of his meds to pharmacy and the ones she did send in were done incorrectly. One of his meds if taken improperly has serious side effects. Took me days and a conversation with the practice administrator to straighten out after Dr. Domah apparently could not be bothered to phone me back about this after I had left...
Very negative experience for my first experience with a PCP. Her staff was rude and unprofessional. I put in requests for her to call me several times. One of her nurses, Deborah, was nasty. I was sent to do blood work and get a X-Ray, after finishing the X-Ray, Dr. Domah instructed me to come back to her office. I followed the instruction, however, Dr. Domah and staff were gone for the day....
