I have been round and round with these sales reps. They gave me the wrong, incompatible product and are now argumentative and rude. Meanwhile, my employers have $1000 in credit card purchases they can't run.

They are taking their time "fixing" the problem, and we can't move on to another provider until they "take care" of us again. NEVER use them!
