I gave my daughter a certificate to Bogarts and she called last night to say she had the poorest service that she has ever had.( we eat out 4-5 times a week). She said the waitress was rude and took 20 mins to take their order. When the food arrived -it had a hair in it. When the waitress finally came back over so they could tell her about the food her attititude was what do you want me to do?...

After the first visit kept going back for more... Great Music Room during the week... have not been in on a weekend. Good Bar Good Staff good crowd... so far Mediocre on the food but Good Tater Tots. Four Stars on everything but the food...
