I can honestly say I haven't had a better massage in Nashville ever. I have tried several different places and Body and Sole blew me away. Julie is absolutely incredible. She's kind, a great communicator, and when you say you have a problem area that needs works, she will focus on that area with a gusto. …

I am from Salt Lake City and usually go to a spa there for my massages, but this was a fabulous experience. The massage was equally as good as what I'm use to getting with half the cost. The ambiance was a little different, but it's not a spa. The room was very relaxing and Julie was great. I would definitely go back.
