I recently tried to contact this spa numerous of times. I was attempting to buy a couples massage package for Valentine's Day. Needless to say after days of trying to contact this spa numerous of times by phone, stopping by the actual facility and even by email, I never even got anyone. This is very very poor business. Best day spa in beckley, have used many tanning beds, but body by design tanning bed has made me see more results in just 2 days the bulbs are great! Very relaxing and makes you feel very welcome.. Have had a body wrap as well as a spray on tan too highly recommend checking out the experience!
