I didn't like how I couldn't use my package between the different locations. Also, multiple times the machine was broken, so I wasn't even able to tan. On top of that - I went before work, so I had to go right when the store opens, and the staff was often late. (However, the staff was always friendly, the prices are competitive and the location was clean).
