Disappointing breakfast today. 3 egg omelet thin dry overcooked with over 30 jalapeños!! Made it inedible until most were removed by me. My wife had 3 egg omelet with tomato on 1 side and spinach on other side and none of the requested onions. Clearly cooks who are clueless. Our server was polite and prompt. Other staff stood around in groups talking. Not a way to run a restaurant.
