Help us make it rightAfter reading many reviews, I was very excited to visit Boardwok. I ordered take-out (General Tao's and an Egg Roll). The portions were tiny! I mean, it was 2 scoops of rice and about 6 maybe 8 small pieces of chicken. My egg roll was burnt at both ends, so I only ate the middle. I am very disappointed I paid $10 for that meal. I have to say the food was very yummy, but the portions were so very small. I think if I ever had the food again, I would definately eat in, instead of taking out. I am just so disappointed I read so many reviews of how large their portion sizes are and I end up with a small portion.
A friend introduced me to this restaurant a few days ago, I live less than 2 miles away from this place and didn't even konw it existed. The food is incredible! The service was friendly. Very generous portions, the lo mein comes with chicken on a stick or an egg roll - only $8 for lunch. So much food, I had to take some home for dinner. I will certainly return!
Wonderful place to dine. Large portions of fresh food, friendly and personal service. I really like the fact that everything is made to order. If I don't want cabbage in my fried rice or would like a little spice, it is no problem. I also like that that the vegetables are so fresh. Nothing is sitting on a steam table all day. I am a regular customer at the Boardwok because they treat you like family, the food is always fresh, and the service is always friendly.
Coming to the Boardwok is like coming home for dinner. Great food great, great service and best of all in this tight economy is great value for your buck.
They do a great job with the menu and the service is always great!
This place was ok. The food was so greasy that it upset my stomach. I was ready to go after my appetizer. The waitress was ok considering she was the only one serving.
When in Sandbridge, stop by the Boardwok conveniently located near the Food Lion at the intersection of Sandbridge Road and Princess Anne Road. The best hot and sour soup around, as well as freshly caught tuna salad. The best tuna salad ever! The place is clean and the service is wonderful...friendly casual dining. Check the specials board as there is...
This is a family owned restaurant and is very clean and friendly. Everything is homemade. It is Asian-American and always the best seafood. The service is so friendly too. The owner is all about family, so they are closed on Sundays and each evening at 9:00. Love that about Kevin.
You won't be sorry. Big portions-you won't leave hungry.
