I have enjoyed working with JoPa. They built a fantastic pool. Their design help was on the mark and very creative.The pool was beyond expectations. The follow up has been courteous and prompt.

My experience with JoPa in Richmond, VA has been quite good. They built a pool for me 8 years ago. I have bought my chemicals there as well as furniture for the deck. All service top notch.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered in May. Weeks past the promised delivery, WE called them and were told it was on the truck at their other warehouse.
