I spent about 3 hours here today getting a part installed and some other maintenance on our 7 series. The staff is always great; very friendly, helpful, fun to talk to. The waiting area has adequate seating, entertainment, drinks. The staff always writes out each part # (in case you're like me and search for less expensive parts online) and their service technicians are very, very thorough....

I brought my 2011 BMW 528i to Service Writer Adam Mobley at Cville BMW for a regular service and some warranty items.

They did a great job and fixed everything in a timely manner and supplied me with a great loaner car to drive.

Everyone there was super friendly and I'd go back to C'ville BM...

Staff is professional, new service center makes the entire area a lot more accessible and presentable. Only issue and reason for three not 5. Is my car is still having issue's and its 1 1/2 hr drive one way to dealer. I was not offered a loaner car. Later found out online they offer loaner's. Would have been a lot easier for myself trying find someone drive for 3hrs is frustrating enough. But...
