If I could rate a zero I would. Very rude. Non professional. Does not communicate very well with customers at all. Horrible customer service. Awful awful awful! GUNN will get our business. Not Blue Bonnet! Ever!

Just once I want to leave here happy with the service department. Since I bought this 2014 grand Cherokee it's been nothing but issues and bad service people not believing me!:(

We are extremely pleased with the sales department! Ed & Russ were more than accommodating during the entire process without all those pushy sales tactics, they were actually just interested in making sure I was happy! I came in knowing I was about to get bombarded with annoying sales pitches and I was dreading it... I was WRONG! It was exactly the opposite and I actually had a great time while...
