They are all about getting the most money out of you as possible. My air conditioning system had a small leak and needed to be recharged, which through another company cost me less than $400. Blue Mountain told me the cheapest they could fix it for was $800 with no guarantee that it would last and that my best bet was to just replace the entire system for close to $6000!!! Our heat went out on Monday and I didn’t notice until the afternoon. I called Blue Mountain and there were able to get there the same day. The part I needed was not in stock so they had to order it. I’m not sure how they order but they had the part and installed it first thing Tuesday morning. My heat is working great and I will use Blue Mountain again. Thank you.

My husband and I weren't sure what to expect when we had hot water heater troubles, but we were really happy with the job Blue Mountain did. They were fair and gave us several options in regards to price and what we could expect. They also took time to teach us about hot water heaters. VERY fast service.
