I have eaten in just about every restaurant in Norfolk, the Blue Hippo is by far the BEST place I have ever been. Their food is great, and their team of servers is wonderful.

Chad Martin is a talent to be reckoned with for his creative cuisine and is sure to be a culinary celebrity in Hampton Roads if he doesn't go anywhere else. The preparation and presentation were superb, as well as the service. This place is the best in all of Hampton Rds. and would certainly give other east coast chefs a run for their money.
