Help us make it rightStart with good ingredients and end with great meal. (I think that is a Papa John's line.) But that is what the Blue Cactus offers. You can tell by the taste that you are getting high quality food prepared perfectly. I will return again and again!!

Blue Cactus is a fun, hip spot in Hilton Village. A fun place to eat on a weekend night or a lunch during the week. Tex-Mex food is good. No...

We left, and we won't be back.
Wonderful, non-chain restaurant. Food made on premises. Not the standard taco and salsa Mexican restaurant.

The neighborhood feel makes it a good place to meet friends for a drink and a simple meal. Entrees and appetizers feature homemade corn tortillas made according to the owners grandmothers recipe. The menu is heavy on quesadillas and does not have many options for folks who arent...
