I had originally ordered a full bathroom of plumbing supplies with Mark, and in the begining everything went smoothly with the order except the lead times on some of the items I had ordered.
Since this was a special finish I understood that there may be some long lead times on some of the items so I did not mind much.
Towards the end of the order I had one item left that had not come in and...
