Blake was available when needed, very responsive to requests and helped a great deal when I ran into issues with the relocation process that required urgent repairs when I’d moved out of town. He’s a straight shooter and has a great team backing him up.

Blake and his team went beyond my expectations, helping to navigate a very hands off renovation and sale of my home. He took care of all the details and I worried about nothing. Blake and his wife/partner were not only knowledgeable about local Real Estate, they stayed on top of the process as if it were their own home. They contacted us on all issues about the sale, large and small, made useful recommendations and stayed focused through the closing. We couldn't have done it without them.

Blake and his team were very professional and executed the sale of our home with expertise and grace under pressure. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to expedite a quick sale. They kept us informed at all steps of the process, I don't think they could have made it any better.
