Always a great experience at Mechanicsville BJs.. It's almost like a large grocery store. The warehouse feel of other bulk membership stores isn't the same at BJs. Great meat dept keeps me coming...

Went into BJ's this morning to get my tires rotated...There was only one person working and he was a technician...Left his job in the work bay to come greet me. I told him I was there to have my tire rotated. I gave him my original receipt and he asked me to fill out the work order which I though was unusual...Afterwards he said "" I hope you have alot of time because it will be about 3 hours"" afterwhich I said nevermind and left. Terrible customer service..only 1 technician and he left his job to come greet me...No Customer Service here at all.
