Really bad service, outrageously priced Valentine's Day menu with no indication that only 1 option was going to be given. Terrible service (not attentive, kept trying to rush us out even though the place was only half full at peak time, didn't even box out leftovers for us, sloppy attire and no help with the menu). I was extremely disappointed, if you see it's empty inside its for a reason...

Went to Dinner after the Ballet - dinner was delicious and service was great. Always enjoy my dinners at Bistro 27. Love the Lamb Osobucco.

Once it arrived, the food was superb. However, it was not served until 1 1/2 hrs. after our arrival (on time for our reservation). We had expressed a need for timely service because of the play, but apparently a large party arriving after us took precedence. Twice we reminded our server of our need to arrive at the play on time. After our meal arrived, we had only a few minutes to enjoy it....

Food was delicious (vegetables were a bit overcooked, but they still had tremendous flavor). The one drawback that I have is that the online dessert menu was nowhere close to what was available in the restaurant...the restaurant selections for that evening were very limited. Delicious still, but was not able to get first choice from the online menu. Regardless, I would not hesitate to go again...
