Very Good Food, But Very High Prices

I have no complaints about the food. It was well-prepared and tasty. The portions, however, were small and the prices for both food and wine were excessively high, even for this area. That fact makes me less likely to return. Service was excellent.

We try to go to this "bit of France" whenever the weather permits. We LOVE the garden....and the lobster bisque and fish dishes are superb. The chef can accommodate our vegan offspring as well as our favorite dishes.

Bistro Provence is a fine French restaurant located on Fairmont Ave. It has a romantic, intimate atmosphere and is decorated in traditional Provencal style. Chef Yannick Cam creates delicious dishes for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant opened in 2010 and has already garnered attention from the media, including the Washington Post.
