Very good experience as always; so happy to see Rosaisela and more of the usual staff, instead of the trainees (and yes, I know they have to learn somewhere.) Rosie always smiles and makes sure our order is right and hot!

This experience was really good. I didn't fill out a survey last week because the food order got mixed up; no one greeted us; nor did I see a smile. I saw another table sending an item back for the right one. I wondered why things had "fallen apart". Now we know there are trainees there, and they are definitely doing much better! Keep up the good work.
