A Real Diner

Not one of the modern 'faux' diner like places, but a real one, with stains and some dents, and all the character and smell you expect. Good old fashioned diner food, not that healthy stuff that places now push. A great place for lunch!

Each day they have specials but be sure to go early as we missed out on some items. A nice diner that has very friendly service. Nice menu to choose from but just get there early enough to have some pie too. Reasonably priced.

We love the idea of diners, those small, intimate eateries where you expect home cooking and generous portions. The Birdseye in simply OK with a minus sign.
The teen-aged staff during our dinner visit was very lively and friendly. They were prompt and answered our questions on menu items and served promptly. The issue was really that the food was...

Brought the family out for breakfast; this diner accommodated both our two year old and newborn with plenty of room. The waitress also gave the two year old age-appropriate servings shared from the parent's meal. Thanks!
