I have lived here for almost 1 year, and have just extended my lease for a second year. You can't beat this price and location to the beach. The maintenance staff have been very quick and responsive to the few minor issues that we have had, and the office staff is very friendly. My only complaint would be the parking, it can fill up late at night and on the weekends.

A good apartment with great staff

I have lived here for close to two years and if you have the proper mind set about apartment living you will be fine. It is predominately military and family however me and my roommate are both single college students and we have stayed very happily here. Pretty good apartments big rooms,closets average price for area, only negative points are gym is only open until 11 pm, the pool hours are bad and closed on Mondays, and the walls are thin can hear what neighbors are doing both upstairs and to the side. Overall good apartments.

This place is so great!! My husband, niece & I have been living here for about 5 years now and we love it. The apartment is so spacious.
