They removed mold under a very large crawl space and fully wrapped the crawl space, installed a dehumidifier, have come back come back and followed up a few times since. Work was done in mid 2011 and I just contacted him at 8 p.m. on a Sat. night March 2015 and he answered his phone and is coming in two weeks to install a meter so I can monitor humidity under the house. Dave and his crew did a nice job. We needed some adjustments along the way and they were very flexible. I found cheaper estimates but these guys seemed to know their stuff, provided a final mold report, and a warranty that stays with the house. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
