I was quoted a price to repair my windshield & a length of time (2 days). It took them 4 days to get out, and I couldn't be there until the next day. Then there was an issue w/the weather. They didn't tell me the person they were going to service was in North Carolina. They didn't tell me they were going to service others before me. They are only open 8-5 M-F and will leave a handicapped person all weekend if this messes up because they don't get to me until the last. They knew this. I would not use them again. The only reason I gave them a shot was a friend of mine used a place & it was bought out by Binswanger. Beware because the stories changed constantly and they'll do what they want!
I had my car window smashed in the wee hours of the morning last week. I called Binswanger at 8:00 am when they opened to get a quote. I was going to wait and get more quotes but quickly got tired...
