Normally, when I leave a review for anything it's negative, but since I've started to sell advertising, I now see the importance of posting a review regardless of good or bad. Anyways, my windshield was kicked in Saturday night & between me & my boyfriend, we called numerous places with a mobile service that could replace it without having to spend $500+. I found some places that cost about the same as here, but they were very rude on the phone, they acted like since Sunday was their day off, they didn't care & treated potential customers like c@!p & demanded us to call back Monday. Binswanger in Norfolk was not only the friendliest out of everyone we talked to, but they were prompt, fast, did amazing work, had a flat rate for labor, was able to take a payment over the phone & disposed of the broken windshield for free. If anyone I know ever has to get glass replaced, whether it's at work, home, or for their vehicle, I will definitely recommend Binswanger.
