I am local to the area and needed a replacement pane of glass for a storm door. I called Binswanger and ordered the glass, specifying my dimesions clearly. The saleswoman even repeated them back to me. They called once my order was in and I picked it up (having to wait while they wrapped it). I got home and unwrapped my package and discovered that the dimensions were completely wrong (over 6 inches on either side wrong!). I immediately called Binswanger and told the same saleswoman of the problem. She never apologized, and merely said that she would call the company and order a new panel....
