They will tell you one story and then it changes when it comes to the actual job performance (when, how, time, etc.). They left a handicapped person until last to do the job, so that if they had a problem, they would have NO transportation the whole weekend and would have to take off work to get it fixed on Monday!! That should tell you the kind of stunts they pull.
The absolute rudest staff I have ever experienced anywhere. The lady working the front desk acted like I was ruining her day by asking her questions and didn't care or listen to what I had to say. I should be happy though because after she turned my business away a quick google search showed me that I can easily replace my windshield trim myself.
Also just a quick note. I have never in my life wrote bad review but hopefully I can keep someone else from having to deal with her wrath.
Binswanger does provide a decent product but customer service is pretty much nonexistent. I was told there would be a three day turnaround when I dropped my job off but they seem to have no issue with a three week turnaround for a single storm window. One excuse was because of the storm we had. On the next call the excuse was the holiday. If you have a small job, take a number and get in line....
I just had my windshield replaced by Binswanger Glass and am very pleased with their service. I used their mobile service. Although he was running late, the glassman was very polite and professional and replaced my windshield in no time. I clipped a coupon from the phone book that covered my deductable. They've been around a long time and I'm not surprised.
