Bill's Barbecue is a regional chain of barbecue restaurants. They have mainly stand-alone restaurants, but there are some food court booths at Virginia Centre Commons and The Shops at Willow Lawn.

I'm not sure what they do to the limeade to make it such a perfect blend of sweet and tart. Imagine a caiparinha without the alcohol, and that comes close to the perfection of Bill's limeade. It's made with ginger ale or soda water or something sparkly instead of regular water, and there are huge chunks of lime in the drink. Perfecto! And the barbecue's not bad either.

Bill’s Barbecue was founded on June 2, 1930 in Norfolk, Virginia by William Steven Richardson, Sr. One year later it moved to Richmond, Virginia, and has remained a one-family owned and operated business for over 80 years. The business is now run on a daily basis by his daughter, Rhoda R. Elliott.
